Jilda and I got a head start on the Memorial Day weekend. We played tonight at Seeds Coffee in
Homewood. It was good seeing our friends and family.
It's been a while since we've played an hour and a half straight so my fingers are weary, but it's a good kind of weary.
I hope you all have a remarkable weekend.

Nice to read a good report, there are some tired(s) that feel good, I know you guys worked but I bet it was fun!
ReplyDeleteDang, my fingers would be cramped up.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking coffee shop, love the boxed shelving against the wall and the coffee looks good enough to drink - which, for some-one from Down Under, is really saying something!

I haven't been to Seeds -- must check them out. Glad you had a good music session there.

I'd LOVE to hear you two sometime!! Do you have any tapes?
ReplyDeleteThey have a CD, fishducky, and I own it! Willy Dunne Wooters loves it when I put Rick and Jilda in the CD player while we eat supper. Of course, I always remember to let them out of the player when we're done.
Delete'Seeds' seems a nice, adequate name for the coffee shop in the picture.
ReplyDeletePlaying music at that lovely place must have given you and Jilda some wonderful feelings.
A great coffee and great music...what more could one want? I bet your fingers were tired but you probably played beautiful music.
ReplyDeleteThat place looks so cool! An hour and half!! Good for you! My fingers would have hurt!
