College football started this week and Alabama plays USC tonight. Following a team for years, has taught me to be happy when they're winning, and support them even more, when they are having a down year.
Thankfully, the University of Alabama has had some good years lately, winning four national championships since 2009. Not a bad run.
I'm not sure how well our team will do tonight, but we have popcorn ready, and cold drinks at the ready.
Time will tell if they will be up or down this year.

Ah yes, football......Last week I asked where my friend was sitting...at the centre field or at the outer field and then I realized that I was talking baseball. So that says how much I know:)
ReplyDeleteYeah, yeah I know, my friend Sheila from down in Opp will be 'Roll Tide' now for awhile. LOL She is a sweetie though, but the one thing you can say about Alabama they support their college Football! ROLL TIDE! (since I don't have a team) Sherry will correct me on that! (smile)
ReplyDeleteLove that you support them however they are doing.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture ... even if Aubie missed the opportunity to photo bomb! :)
ReplyDeleteWe're watching both games right now. Win, lose or draw, SEC rules!!!
Roll Tide, and I'm still trying to figure out where the Elephant figures in.
ReplyDeleteFor your sake I hope they do well.
ReplyDeleteNot a big football fan of any but do enjoy watching my home teams win.

You know by now, Rick, that it was one heck of a game. Bama just rolled in like a tide and swept USC away!!
ReplyDeleteI like high school football the best but it is better if you have someone in the game. If I were to choose a college team I would of course go with the Cornhuskers. Go Huskers. Good luck on your season.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a football follower but I hope your team is a winner! Have a wonderful Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI know zero about sport just saying
ReplyDeleteJack knows me well. Love the Bama boys win or lose. I'll even root for Auburn as long as they are not playing Bama...ha. Roll Tide! Take care, Sheila
