Do you know what's pink with long ears and goes hippity-hop through the mud with sleigh bells on its neck? It's the Christmas Pig. Yep, we have a Christmas pig.
Jilda saw it at one of the patient cottages at work and loved it. So, I went on a quest at the local stores to locate one.
Ours isn't exactly like the one she saw, but it's on snow skies and we love it. My column this coming next week will be about the Christmas. I haven't written it yet, but it should be amusing.

Skis? It will go swish-ity swish, not hippity hop.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute pig Rick, it made me smile... I look forward to your column about Christmas...
ReplyDeleteI know I really need to try yoga, I have to work with someone who can help me work around my sciatic and knee issues... I am sure it would be helpful xox
Well I like it but I have been known to have an offbeat sense of beauty.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the Christmas pig. Inclusivity at its best.
ReplyDeleteDo you suppose it's kosher?
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious but a good conversation piece. That pig would need some fur coat in these parts. It's very cold outside. it's 1.4°F. this morning or -17°C.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Julia

I love your Christmas pig! My daughter is especially fond of pigs and collects them. I found a flying pig for her once and immediately bought it. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas there at your house!
ReplyDeleteEveryone should have a Christmas pig. I know I do.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter loves pigs so you would think she would like this but no she isn't into Christmas she is a strange girl
ReplyDeleteLove the piggy. In Germany, there are often chocolate for the shoe on St. Nicholas day and one always has a pig in there and ones are made of Marzipan and even a glass blown ornament.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I want a Christmas pig!
